The meetings are open to residents and there is an opportunity at the beginning of each meeting for residents who are on the electoral roll of the Parish to address the Council.

The Parish Council meets every other month (January, March, May, July, September and November) on the third Monday of the month in the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m. There is also provision for an interim meeting should one be required for planning applications. This was changed to the third Tuesday of the month from June 2024.

(2024-2025) have now been approved. The dates are subject to change depending on hall availability, any changes to dates will be displayed on the website and the Parish Council notice board.

The Parish Council produces a monthly publication 'Parish Pump' and is delivered to most houses in the village, the latest edition and past editions can be found here
For new arrivals to the village, there is an informative welcome pack with details of local facilities, companies and general information to help you get started. This can be downloaded from here or a hard copy can be obtained from either contacting one of the Parish Councillors or by using the contact us option.

The Parish Council does set aside a small amount of its precept to help local organisations, this is administered by the S137 scheme. 2024 grants have closed but the closing date for 2025 is 5th May 2025. Details can be found HERE.
