Badminton Club

We organise social badminton for men and women.

We meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from September through to April in the Village Hall, sessions start at 8 p.m.

Damerham Cricket Club

The Damerham Cricket Club has for many years played in the Saturday League. 2007 was the most successful year to date, remaining unbeaten all season.

Several years ago a few local people set up a ‘casual’ side, for people who wanted to play a few friendly games of cricket, but were unable or unwilling to sacrifice every summer Saturday. The casuals side has now become part of the main club.

So the Damerham Cricket Club now fields two sides: a Saturday League side, and a Casual side playing a dozen friendly games a year on weekday evenings and Sunday afternoons. From 2008 onwards, the club intends to field a third variation and join a Wednesday Evening League as well. A full DCC fixtures list is published before the beginning of each season and can be seen on their web site

Anyone interested in playing, scoring, umpiring for or cheering-on any of the incarnations should feel free to contact us.

Damerham Ditherers

Although not a club there is an informal group of people who keep fit by running.

Damerham Sports Field

The Damerham Sports Field is located behind the Compasses Inn and is accessed through the car park of the Compasses.

Football

Although Damerham does not have its own football team at the moment there are several active teams in Rockbourne and they would be pleased to hear from supporters and potential players.
